Why rent our bikes?
Electon Technology has designed, manufactured and created bikes best for our riders. With a range of contracts, additional services and 24/7 availability, we offer an exclusive service not found anywhere else on the market. We are driven and focused on making an impact on the lives of our riders innovating on solutions for them to ride worry free at the lowest possible cost providing the most amount of value.
What plans do you offer?
There are 3 rental plans you can choose from. Ion Basic, Ion Plus and Ion Pro. Ion Basic includes the bike with battery and access to 24/7 tracking of your vehicle. Ion Plus All plan options are subject to a 7 day notice requirement if you want to return the bike and pause or end your plan.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes the deposit is refundable subject to: - The condition of the bike when it is returned - There are no outstanding payments left on your billing - The bike has not been stolen / rendered unusable due to a crash / accident The deposit is kept in the circumstances of addressing the issues above.
What happens if my bike gets stolen?
Report it to our customer service via email, whatsapp or SMS straight away as soon as you discover it has been stolen. Report the theft online and provide us with the unique crime reference number. If you do not have theft protect, you are subject to pay the full price of our recovery fee which is £900.
